Serve as a Subject Matter Expert overseeing the end-to-end development and operation of Campaign/Platform integration initiatives
Lead the development of applications, modules and integration components supporting the Campaign.
Provide technical support to ensure smooth operation of the Campaign/Loyalty platform.
Participate in technical design and development, to ensure compliance with the company's best practices in architecture, infrastructure and security.
Contribute to process improvement initiatives, enhancing existing workflows.
Manage relationship with internal and external stakeholders, including partners and vendors who are involved in delivery.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in IT or related field is preferred, with IT or system integration project management experience.
Prior involvement in enterprise integration projects will be an advantage.
Preferably experienced in telecommunications industry.
At least 5 years experience in technology and development management, with exposure to Campaigns and rewards systems such as Mviva, CMP and others.
Strong technical proficiency in AWS Cloud, Azure, Linux, Java
Additional experience in cloud architecture and solutioning will be an advantage
