Who We Are Looking For: We are seeking a highly capable and adaptable Senior Financial Analyst to join our regional finance team. This role plays a critical function in overseeing treasury-related processes, supporting regional consolidation entries, and assisting in administrative and coordination tasks across multiple countries. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and confident in managing multi-country finance operations, with a strong grounding in IFRS. What Impact You Will Make: Perform regional treasury tasks and provide administrative support related to cash management and banking. Prepare and post consolidation journal entries to ensure accurate group-level financial reporting. Support onboarding of new projects or entities, including finance coordination and alignment with group requirements. Provide ad hoc support to country teams on treasury and finance matters. Assist the Regional Controller with data compilation and report standardisation. Contribute to process improvements and alignment of accounting treatments across regions. Ensure financial records are accurate and complete, in compliance with IFRS standards. Other Adhoc task. Coordinate month-end and year-end closing process for the region. Support budget and reforecast data compilation process. What Skills and Experience You will Bring: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline; CPA/ACCA is an advantage. 3-5 years of experience in regional or group finance roles, preferably within a multinational setting. Solid understanding of treasury operations and financial consolidations. Familiarity with IFRS and experience in applying accounting standards across different entities. Strong coordination, communication, and project onboarding skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP). Able to work independently, manage multiple stakeholders, and adapt to dynamic regional needs.
