In this role, you will assist customers with accommodation reservations, booking inquiries, and general travel-related support through phone, email, and chat. Key Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries related to accommodation reservations and booking services. Assist customers with new bookings, modifications, cancellations, and general reservation requests. Provide accurate information regarding listings, availability, pricing, and policies. Resolve customer issues professionally and ensure a positive customer experience. Maintain clear documentation of customer interactions in the system. Follow company procedures and service standards to ensure quality support. Collaborate with internal teams when necessary to resolve complex cases. Requirements Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken and written). Minimum SPM / Diploma / Degree in any field. Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, reservation, or contact center is an advantage. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Comfortable working in a fast-paced and customer-focused environment. Willing to work onsite in George Town, Penang . Willing to work rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays if required.
