Key Responsibilities Oversee and guide front-of-house team members to maintain high service standards Manage day-to-day floor operations to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction Welcome guests warmly and engage with them to create a positive dining experience Assist the Restaurant Manager with roster planning, staff training, and performance reviews Maintain strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and service protocols Monitor table turnover, address guest feedback, and resolve issues promptly Handle POS transactions, billing procedures, and manage reservations smoothly Foster clear communication between service staff and kitchen teams Requirements & Preferred Experience At least 2 years in a supervisory or floor management role within the F&B sector Genuine passion for hospitality and delivering memorable guest experiences Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities Proficient in English; Mandarin or local language skills are advantageous Presentable, professional demeanor with a positive, can-do attitude Willingness to work on rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays
