- Proven experience in commercial roles within the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or life sciences industry.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities with experience leading cross-functional teams.
- Excellent strategic thinking, planning, and execution skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends and data to drive decision-making.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
