This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, shaping strategy, and partnering closely with senior leaders to influence meaningful business outcomes.In this highly visible role, you’ll act as a trusted finance partner to Service & Repair leadership, providing data‑driven insights that support growth, efficiency, and long‑term value creation across the Eurasia region.Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:As a Finance Manager, you’ll blend strategic thinking with hands‑on financial analysis to guide decision‑making across Service & Repair commercial organization. You’ll work closely with commercial and operational leaders, translating complex financial data into clear, actionable insights that help the business perform at its best.What You’ll Be Doing:Serve as the finance partner to the Eurasia Service & Repair sales leader, providing insights into revenue, margins, service contracts, cost‑to‑serve, and productivityLead financial planning, forecasting, and performance management, including service revenue, backlog, gross margin, operating expenses, and key KPIsPrepare and deliver executive‑level presentations for monthly operating reviews, quarterly business reviews, and ad‑hoc leadership updatesConduct deep‑dive financial analyses on service pricing, contract mix, utilization, warranty exposure, field costs, and investment trade‑offsSupport the annual operating plan, rolling forecasts, and long‑range planning, ensuring alignment with global priorities and financial objectivesMonitor performance versus plan, proactively identifying risks, trends, and corrective actionsEnsure compliance with financial governance, internal controls, and reporting standards across regionsDrive continuous improvement in financial processes, reporting, and analytical toolsLead cross‑functional projects and initiatives, ensuring delivery in line with organizational standardsRequired Knowledge and Experience:Required Qualifications:Strong mastery of financial analysis and modeling, with deep understanding of best practicesBachelor’s degree with 7+ years of relevant experience, or Advanced degree with 5+ years of relevant experienceProven ability to independently manage complex projects or processesExcellent problem‑solving skills, with a track record of improving processes or systemsStrong communication and influencing skills, comfortable engaging with senior stakeholdersDemonstrated leadership capability, including coaching, mentoring, or guiding othersNice to Have:Experience with project management methodologiesBackground in business performance analysis or commercial financeAbility to drive innovation and continuous improvementComfort working in ambiguous, matrixed environmentsStrong storytelling skills through impactful reports and financial insightsPhysical Job RequirementsThe above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this position, but they are not an exhaustive list of all the required responsibilities and skills of this position.Benefits & CompensationMedtronic offers a competitive Salary and flexible Benefits Package
