Commercial Finance Manager We are looking for a Commercial Finance Manager who is ready to kick start their career in a fast-paced, high-performing and rewarding multinational company.What You'll do

Direct Report to the Head of Finance to drive all performance management activities of the organization e.g. monthly sales steering, rolling forecast and strategic long-term planning.
Support Executive Management Team in implementation of strategic growth initiatives by working collaboratively across departments.
Coach and lead controlling team to deliver operational controlling activities such as financial statement analysis, sales compensation simulations, investment modelling & etc.
Participate/Lead regional/global finance projects to drive value creation in the Hilti Group Manage Financial Compliance matters such as External Audit & Local Tax Filings by working closely with Shared Service Center team.

What You’ll Bring

Degree in Accountancy or other recognized professional accounting qualifications; ACCA, ICAEW, MICPA or CIMA.
Minimum 5 years’ working experience in audit or commercial experiences preferred
Sound experience of budgeting, accounting, forecasting and time management
Analytical in interpreting and reporting financial information
Familiar with Financial Reporting Standards (FRS).
Good proficiency in MS Office applications.
High competency in MS Excel is a must.
SAP knowledge is an added advantage
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong command of Bahasa Malaysia and English, both written and spoken
