- Provide training and guidance to staff on food safety and hygiene practices.
- Investigate and address any food safety concerns or incidents promptly and effectively.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure proper food handling and storage practices.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records related to food safety processes.
- Liaise with local authorities on food safety regulations and updates.
- Continuously review and improve food safety systems and processes.
- A degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field.
- Solid knowledge of food safety regulations and industry best practices.
- Experience in the leisure, travel, and tourism industry is advantageous.
- Strong communication and leadership skills to manage training and compliance efforts.
