- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, assessing, and onboarding candidates.
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand role requirements and recommend suitable candidates.
- Manage partnerships with external recruitment agencies, ensuring high-quality candidate recommendations.
- Coordinate smooth onboarding processes, including documentation, orientation, and integration of new hires into the company culture.
- Facilitate offboarding procedures, ensuring compliance with HR regulations and maintaining a positive exit experience for departing employees.
- Support day-to-day HR operations, ensuring compliance with local employment laws and company policies.
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related discipline.
- Experience in HR and recruitment processes.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.
