Job description: Job Details Qualification and experience requirements Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 2-3 years of relevant working experience in HR and administration. Familiarity with Malaysian Labour Law , Employment Act 1955, and statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, HRDF, Income Tax). Experience in logistics/supply chain industry (preferred but not mandatory). Role and Responsibilities Assist is end-to-end recruitment (staff and drivers), including job posting, sourcing, interviewing, background checks, onboarding, and placement. Maintain and update employee records, personal files, and HR databases. Maintain and track drivers' licenses and compliance documents to ensure validity and timely renewal. Prepare HR letters, memos, and notices. Manage attendance, leave applications, and overtime submissions. Handle confirmation, resignation and exit interviews. Coordinate internal and external training programs. Organize company events, meetings, and employee engagement activities. Ensure compliance with Malaysian labor laws and company HR policies. Oversee office administration: office supplies, and vendor management. Support administrative affairs, office management needs, and ad hoc tasks or projects as required. Knowledge requirements Microsoft Office Operating Knowledge. Strong understanding of Malaysian Employment Act 1955 & HR compliance. Knowledge of payroll processes and statutory contributions. Strong problem solving, organizational and interpersonal skills. Listening skills. Problem analysis and problem-solving skill. Personal qualities Self-motivated and goal oriented.
