- Required language: Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia
- 1-3 years of experience in administrative or retail operations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
- Familiarity with AutoCount system is a plus
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask
- Able to work independently
- Immediate availability is an advantage
- Allocate and schedule daily orders to retail stores, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
- Communicate with store staff to address and resolve any order-related issues.
- Prepare and maintain logistics and delivery reports to support operational planning.
- Coordinate the ordering of packaging materials for the production line to ensure timely availability.
- Monitor inventory levels of packaging supplies and place orders based on production needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve order processing efficiency and workflow.
- Ensure all operational tasks comply with company policies and quality standards.
