Job Description:We are seeking a skilled and experienced Site Engineer with expertise in post-tensioning, stay cable, bridge bearings, expansion joints, structural monitoring and repairing etc. As a Site Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects involving post-tensioned and pre-stressed structures, ensuring quality standards, safety compliance, and timely delivery.Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and execute post-tensioning and other installation activities on-site.
Review and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Coordinate with subcontractors, engineers, and project managers to ensure smooth project execution.
Monitor the installation of post-tensioning systems and other products, ensuring adherence to design and quality standards.
Conduct inspections, quality control checks, and ensure safety regulations are strictly followed.
Prepare daily reports on project progress, site activities, and any potential delays or issues.
Liaise with clients and consultants for project updates and requirements.
Troubleshoot and resolve any technical challenges encountered on-site.

Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of experience in post-tensioning, stay cable, bridge bearings, expansion joints, structural monitoring and repairing etc..
Proven work experience with one or more of the following: VSL, Freyssinet, BBR, or Utracon.
Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Strong understanding of construction processes, post-tensioning techniques, and safety regulations.
Excellent project management and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
Be able to adjust to the frequent traveling and working on site.
