- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the company's vision, strategy, and short/long-term goals to achieve market leadership and sustainable, profitable growth.
- Data-Driven Execution: Utilize a rigorous, data-driven approach to inform all decisionsfrom product development and user experience to marketing spend and operational efficiency. Define, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Revenue & Profitability: Own the P&L. Develop and implement robust monetization strategies to drive revenue growth while managing burn rate and steering the company towards profitability.
- Product & Tech Vision: Collaborate with the technical leadership to translate market needs into a compelling product roadmap, ensuring the platform remains innovative, secure, and user-friendly.
- Market Expansion: Lead user acquisition, engagement, and retention efforts across both supply (sellers) and demand (buyers) sides of the marketplace.
- Team Building: Attract, mentor, and retain top talent across technology, marketing, operations, and business development functions, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary company representative to investors, partners, media, and the broader automotive community.
- Proven experience as a CEO, Founder, or in a senior leadership role (e.g., COO, GM, VP) within a fast-scaling technology startup or venture-backed company.
- A strong background and network within the automotive industry is a significant advantage.
- A demonstrably data-driven mindset with a proven track record of using metrics to guide strategy, optimize funnels, and achieve revenue and profit targets.
- Deep understanding of marketplace dynamics, including managing dual-sided user bases and overcoming the "cold start" problem.
- Experience in raising capital and managing investor relationships is highly desirable.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire teams and negotiate effectively.
- A degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
