Design and develop complex software components, services, and scalable solutions.
Author and review architecture and design documents, incorporating peer feedback effectively.
Lead end-to-end project delivery, ensuring high-quality code, thorough testing, and seamless deployment.
Integrate systems across distributed platforms and shared APIs, ensuring resilience and reusability.
Collaborate with product, UX, and data science teams to align technology with business needs.
Identify and implement compliance controls, and support audits (e.g., security, licensing, regulatory).
Mentor junior engineers, share best practices, and foster continuous improvement across the team.
Contribute to development frameworks, perform code reviews, and help establish engineering standards.
Communicate project status, technical decisions, and changes to cross-functional stakeholders.

What You'll BringRequired Skills & Experience

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field—or equivalent hands-on experience.
5+ years of full-stack development experience, with proficiency across front-end and back-end systems.
Strong coding skills in TypeScript, C#, and Python.
Experience designing and integrating RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
Solid grasp of front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and modern JavaScript frameworks, with a focus on responsive design and accessibility.
Cloud-native development experience on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Proficient with both relational and NoSQL databases, including schema design and performance tuning.
Strong system design skills, capable of architecting secure, scalable, and maintainable solutions.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and infrastructure-as-code tools.

Excellent communicator with the ability to influence, align teams, and explain complex ideas clearly.
Confident in navigating ambiguity and solving complex problems with practical, scalable solutions.
