Accountant Executive (Mandarin Speaker)

• Minimum education is Certificates / Vocational / Diploma in any related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Proven experience in managing a full set of accounts.
• Proficiency in Mandarin will be an advantage.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications.

• Handle full set of accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and provide insightful reports to management and stakeholders.
• Assist in audit processes and support tax filing and compliance activities.
• Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and relevant government authorities as required.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to enhance satisfaction and trust.
• Support senior accountants in managing invoicing and capital expenditure activities.
• Maintain accurate and well-organized records of all financial transactions, including invoices, payments, and expenses.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable to ensure timely processing of payments and collections.
