Job Responsibility Assist in maintaining financial records and ensuring financial data is accurate and up-to-date Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and payments Support the month-end and year-end closing processes Reconcile bank statements and accounts Help prepare financial reports and statements Maintain organized filing systems for financial documents Respond to inquiries from vendors, clients, or internal departments Assist with internal and external audits Perform administrative tasks such as scanning, photocopying, and document preparation Job Requirements Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Degree, Advanced Degree. Fluent in Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia. 1 year of experience in an accounting or finance-related role (internships included) Basic understanding of accounting principles Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software Strong organizational and time-management skills High attention to detail and accuracy Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle confidential information with integrity Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
