- Proven experience in international sales within the FMCG industry.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills to manage diverse stakeholders effectively.
- Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Commercially savvy, with a strong understanding of profit and loss, pricing strategies, and market positioning.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, able to influence and collaborate effectively with internal and external partners.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize time effectively, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English, with additional language skills as an advantage.
