- Achieve sales goals through proactive engagement, product presentations, and strategic initiatives.
- Develop and execute account plans, sales forecasts, and targeted promotional programs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, fostering collaboration across functions such as R&D, Marketing, and Procurement.
- Lead project management efforts to ensure timely and effective delivery of solutions.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Manage distributor relationships, enhancing their sales capability and market reach.
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Chemical Engineering, Nutrition, or a related field.
- At least 5 years' experience in B2B food ingredients and flavours, with a proven track record in account management and sales growth.
- Strong negotiation, strategic planning, and cross-functional communication skills.
- Ability to manage complex projects, resolve challenges, and deliver results in fast-paced environments.
