We move fast, we speak like actual humans, and we aggressively avoid boring corporate jargon.SUMMARY OF THE ROLEWe are looking for a Senior Executive, Content Marketing Specialist to be the dedicated storyteller and the social-first voice of the Network Pod.The global logistics market is highly volatile, driven by uncontrollable macro factors. Even so, our narrative is our anchor. Your job is to position Teleport’s network as the agile, reliable solution for airlines, ecommerce marketplaces and forwarders. You will not operate as a "service desk" taking content briefs; you will act as a proactive growth partner to the Product Marketer and commercial teams, ensuring your content maps directly to the B2B customer journey and captures the attention of busy freight forwarders and airline executives on platforms like LinkedIn.Most importantly, you need two distinct storytelling gears: * Turning 'Something' into 'Something Matters': Taking a routine operational update or milestones and making the market care about it.
  • Turning 'Nothing' into 'Something': Keeping the narrative alive and engaging even when there is no "hard news" to share.
Note: This is a full-time, on-site role based in our headquarters in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia (hybrid arrangement).A DAY IN THE LIFEAs a Senior Executive, Content Marketing Specialist, you are the daily execution engine for the Network Pod's narrative. Your day-to-day will focus on:
  • Making the Mundane Meaningful: Transforming technical or standard update into compelling stories that position Teleport as a thought leader in logistics infrastructure and regional connectivity.
  • Sales Enablement Translation: Taking the high-level social narratives you build and turning them into practical, bottom-of-funnel assets like 1-pagers and email sequences for the Commercial team to use in the field.
  • Keeping the Narrative Alive: When there are no product launches or route expansions, you know how to build a narrative out of thin air. You will turn industry trends or a quick 5-minute chat with a BD Lead into a week's worth of engaging social content.
  • The Social & DIY Creative Engine: Writing scroll-stopping LinkedIn content for our brand and executive pages. You don’t just write, you execute. You’ll script fast-paced videos and jump right into Canva or CapCut—either knocking out quick-turn edits yourself or prepping the script and brief for our video producers to finalise.
  • The Repurpose Master (70% Repurpose / 30% New): You don't always need to reinvent the wheel. You will mine our archives of past footage, pitch decks, and technical operational updates, slicing them into multiple bite-sized social assets to maximise content lifespan.
RequirementsWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
  • 2–4 years of proven experience in social media management, B2B content creation, or digital copywriting.
  • Social-First Mindset: If you can write a great press release but struggle to write a 3-sentence LinkedIn hook, this role isn't for you. You must deeply understand social platform dynamics and what makes B2B buyers stop scrolling.
  • Hands-on Content Chops: You know how to write a script with a strong visual hook, and you aren't afraid to independently cut a short-form video in CapCut or design a carousel in Canva to get a quick-turn story live.
  • The "Remix" Muscle: You are resourceful. You know how to take one core message and turn it into an IG Carousel, a LinkedIn poll, a video script, and a newsletter snippet.
  • Flawless Execution: Strong English proficiency with eagle-eyed attention to detail.
  • Bonus:
  • Previous experience in aviation, freight forwarding, logistics, or e-commerce
  • Experience working within a fast-paced content marketing or social media team
