- Lead the monthly and quarterly data consolidation for website, content syndication, search (SEO/LLM/SEM), email, and paid social across five key regions.
- Perform deep-dive troubleshooting analysis within Salesforce on an ad-hoc basis to identify and resolve performance discrepancies.
- Utilise ContentSquare to report on web friction, providing strategic recommendations to Digital Marketing Managers (DMMs) to improve user journeys.
- Manage the tracking and reporting of new landing pages, maintaining a robust system for go-live dates and historical performance tracking.
- Conduct AEO and LLM prompt research every quarter to inform content recommendations and regional newsletters.
- Partner with web producers to QA and review regional pages in Workfront, ensuring they meet rigorous standards before deployment.
- Oversee SEO site health by auditing metadata, titles, H1S, and tags to ensure they follow standard global taxonomy.
- Manage the on-demand webinar hub, overseeing uploads and monitoring effectiveness to drive lead engagement.
- Identify and resolve technical SEO issues, including broken links, redirects, and blank pages, to ensure site consistency.
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics, digital reporting, or performance marketing, ideally within a B2B technology environment.
- High proficiency in Salesforce and web analytics tools (e.g., ContentSquare, Google Analytics) with a "data-first" mindset.
- Strong technical understanding of SEO principles, taxonomy, and site health (links, redirects, and schema).
- Experienced in managing regional reporting across diverse JAPAC markets (experience with Japan or Korea markets is a plus).
- Highly organised with the ability to manage the heavy reporting lift of QBR seasons while handling ad-hoc troubleshooting.
- Expert in Google Workspace (Sheets/Slides) for data visualisation and executive-level reporting.
- Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills; ability to use translation tools to support SEO efforts in non-English markets.
