Responsibilities Responsible for manage new change request on external maintained system from change request scope definition through implementation across internal , external and cross-functional teams. Responsible to provide first line support to users on all application related requests/enquiries. Responsible to assist in the smooth running of BAU for IT functions. Understand and familiar with database structure and data contents of various applications. Able to access database and perform necessary actions (query, extraction, investigation) to support the BAU operations of section. Ensure project/dept milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. To meet and attend the demand and delivery of data warehouse systems/services and system. Work with business / stakeholder as required.
