Responsibilities: Handle the Change Control Request (CCR) and Problem Logs request by users. Prepare documents for Production Deployment (Change Request Form). To communicate and work closely with Technical Support team on any issues related to Application. Study user / system requirements and liaise with vendors on any system related request. To manage the application business requirements form all operating units in the evaluation of software solution project implementation and other project-related discussion. Analyse issue logs logged by users via e-Help pertaining to all main system functionalities. Monitor all outstanding helpdesk problem logs and ensure vendor's responded to the stipulated response time. Assist in production and functional support on the new and existing systems. Handle the Bank's project based on the System Development Life Cycle and applies the correct techniques and technologies. Handle and support Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity Management. Understand all functionalities in the system, to align all approaches and set-up in the Financial Application with the Bank's objectives. Requirements: A minimum of a Bachelor's degree or its equivalent in relevant fields. A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the IT field, preferably in the Financial industry.
