- Managing performance of Account Managers
- Achieving key commercial KPI's
- Project management of key commercial projects
- Project management: end to end ownership of all projects that involve the AM team
- Performance management: ensuring commercial OKR's and AM team KPI's are achieved, with the expectation of deep diving whenever possible to optimize performance
- Analytics: analyze data sets to diagnose issues, propose solutions, and improve overall commercial performance
- Presentations: capable of crafting decks that tell stories guided by data
- Oversee AM administration: Lead and manage administrative tasks related to the AM team, e,g, AM SOP development, target setting, & account rebalancing.
- Strong collaborative skills to work cross-functionally with Account Managers and stakeholders to understand and enhance operational processes.
- Self-driven with the ability to take on and create new assignments. Willing and eager to learn and deliver the extra mile.
- Excellent communication skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
- Bachelor's Degree in either Business Management and Administration, Economics, Mathematics, and Management or equivalent.
- Minimum 4 years experience in e-commerce or consultancy is preferred.
- High proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills is a must
