Geographic Scope: GlobalYour key responsibilities will include:
- Possess and utilise strong stakeholder management skills across various departments, business and vendors.
- Prepare Test Strategies and ensure agreed strategies are being adopted throughout test phases. Prepare test plans and coordinate their execution
- Manage the monitoring and reporting of project testing related trends and performance against project plans and schedules.
- Capable to document test evidence and reports, Oversee and manage successful completion of medium/large scale, and complex programs/projects.
- Ensure the use of appropriate project testing techniques, methodologies and tools, including risk, issue and defect management, to ensure quality project outcomes are delivered
- Present test improvements and developments in daily progress meetings including planned vs actual
- Aptitude for investigation and problem solving
- Able to work across both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Education: Bachelor's degree (minimum)
- Minimum 6+ years of experience in Test Management & 3+ years of experience in vendor management
- Experience in preparing Test Strategies, Plans and coordinating the execution on time
- Proven experience in using HP ADO, QC/ALM and JIRA
- Testing and quality - Manual/Automation testing, test process management, and test governance and guidelines
- Social skills - Interpersonal skills, Stakeholder management, conflict management
- Capable of managing vendor delivery
- Service-driven mentality and desire to reflect and improve
