- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
- Solid understanding of end-to-end supply chain concepts and finance trade-offs.
- Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and dashboarding tools (advanced formulas, Power Query; VBA is a plus).
- Experience working with ERP and planning systems (e.g., SAP/APO, demand planning or S&OP tools).
- Ability to analyze and improve forecast accuracy (e.g., MAPE, bias).
- Detail-oriented, process-driven, and able to manage complex datasets.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including presenting insights to senior leaders.
- Comfortable working across functions and regions, including different time zones.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Analytics, Economics, or a related field.
- 3-5+ years of experience in S&OP, demand planning, supply chain analytics, or business analytics.
- Experience with forecasting, scenario modeling, and KPI performance tracking.
- Exposure to Power BI, Tableau, and analytical tools such as Python or R is an advantage.
- Support and enhance the monthly S&OP cycle, ensuring alignment across demand, supply, inventory, and capacity plans.
- Develop, maintain, and improve demand forecasts using statistical models and business inputs.
- Perform scenario and what-if analysis to assess risks, gaps, and opportunities.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs related to forecast accuracy, service level, inventory, and cost performance.
- Design, automate, and maintain dashboards and reports for S&OP and executive reviews.
- Partner with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Operations, and IT teams to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance.
- Translate complex data into clear, executive-ready insights and recommendations.
- Support the S&OP Manager in preparing presentations and materials for leadership meetings.
- Contribute to system enhancements and data integrations across planning and reporting platforms.
