
Business Development Associate (Outbound Sales)

- Sales and lead sourcing: Acquire and onboard business users by maintaining a healthy pipeline of leads, ensuring the achievement of weekly sales targets.
- Negotiation and deal closing: Lead contract negotiations to establish strong working relationships with our local partners, ensuring mutual growth and economic sustainability of the partnership.
- Business analysis: Track sales trends, provide in-depth data analysis on products and business users, and identify opportunities for demand growth.
- Client relationship management: Ensure excellent customer service by understanding client needs, responding promptly to queries, and offering effective solutions.
- Sales operations: Implement Standard Operating Procedures and Policies accurately and in a timely manner.
- Brand ambassador: Promote our services and values by becoming the face of Lalamove when engaging with local partners.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to accurately engage potential users (Fluency in Mandarin or Bahasa Malaysia is a plus)
- Charming personality to build and maintain professional relationships
- Strong sales skills to effectively promote and secure clients for our services. Stay knowledgeable about our products and discuss available options
- Can-do attitude and grit to seize new opportunities and make things happen
- Knowledge and understanding of mobile and web technologies
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills (Proficiency in CRM programs is a plus)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office PowerPoint and Excel or G-suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field is preferred but not mandatory
- Minimum of 2 years experience in sales or business development experience
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
