Job Description: Accenture is seeking a dynamic and experienced Scrum Master to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in project delivery using Agile (Scrum) and Waterfall methodologies. You will play a key role in facilitating Agile ceremonies, removing impediments, and ensuring successful delivery of projects. Key Responsibilities: Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Guide the team and organization on Agile/Scrum best practices. Track and communicate team velocity and sprint/release progress. Work closely with Product Owners to maintain a well-groomed product backlog. Identify and remove impediments to team progress. Coordinate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders. Support the use of Waterfall where appropriate and manage hybrid delivery models if needed. Ensure project deliverables are completed on time and within scope. Foster a collaborative team environment and continuous improvement culture. Required Skills and Qualifications: Minimum 3 to 6 years of experience as a Scrum Master. Solid understanding and hands-on experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban). Exposure to or experience in traditional Waterfall project management. Strong facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience with Agile project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence). Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Certification in Scrum (e.g., CSM, PSM) is a plus. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a hybrid delivery environment (Agile + Waterfall). Familiarity with SAFe or other scaled Agile frameworks.
