Job Responsibility Assisting with general administrative and clerical tasks Manage the day-to-day activities of HR & Admin department including but not limited to recruitment, employee relation, preparing letters and administration tasks Responsible for updating and monitoring employee s data, attendance records for any habitual lateness / absentees, claims, leaves records. To assist in preparation of monthly reports on HR & Admin related matters. Ensure proper documentations and safe keeping, orderly and correctly in timely manner. Undertake ad hoc tasks when required. Job Requirements Candidate must possess at least a SPM; Fresh graduate are welcome to apply Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin.
