Job Responsibility Assisting with general administrative and clerical tasks Manage the day-to-day activities of HR & Admin department including but not limited to recruitment, employee relation, preparing letters and administration tasks Responsible for updating and monitoring employee s data, attendance records for any habitual lateness / absentees, claims, leaves records. To assist in preparation of monthly reports on HR & Admin related matters. Ensure proper documentations and safe keeping, orderly and correctly in timely manner. Undertake ad hoc tasks when required. Job Requirements Candidate must possess at least a SPM; Fresh graduate are welcome to apply Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin. Able to work under fast pace working environment Positive attitude, passionate on collaborative teamwork, excel at interpersonal skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
