- Develop Sales & Business Development strategies, KPIs & sales activities.
- Increase clientele and bring in sales / business in terms of volume, revenue & GP.
- Build a good understanding and relationship with key targeted customers and the assigned portfolio.
- Overall responsible for Sales Department developments.
- Lead and manage department staff by providing tasks, objective, strategies, target, and goals.
- Prepare and submit report on overall business performance or business activity.
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelors Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.
- Experience in freight services preferred.
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Prefer Mandarin Speaker.
