Its diversified real asset classes include retail, office, lodging, industrial, logistics, business parks, wellness, self-storage, data centres, private credit and special opportunities.Job DescriptionRESPONSIBILITY:-Lead the operations team in managing service operations (security & carpark) and maintenance of the mall.Plan, formulate, manage and oversee the operations, maintenance, and upkeep of the shopping mall.Review the facilities management programs and developments to ensure that the shopping mall performs at an optimum level.Responsible for the coordination of annual operation budget, administration, and management of service contracts.Responsible for the preparation and collation of relevant management reports.Ensure the reliability and efficiency of plant and equipment.Conduct energy conservation & environmental program with a view to reduce operating costs.Responsible for the BAS system including analysing data to conduct proactive maintenance to minimise equipment downtimeMaintain good relations with tenants, manage tenant fit-out works and Asset Enhancement Projects.Ensure that the property is kept in excellent condition.REQUIREMENT:-At least a Diploma in Estate Management, Building, Mechanical & Electrical Engineering or equivalent.Minimum of 7 years of relevant working experience with 3 years at a managerial position in a similar capacityExperience in property management, shopping complex, or retail environment with involvement in asset enhancement projects will be an added advantage.Familiar with Electricity Supply Act, Electricity Regulations, IEE Wiring Regulations, etc.Familiarity with building/retail mail maintenance work and regulations.Knowledge of car parking equipment, security, and housekeeping is an added advantage.Self-driven and able to work within tight deadlines.Possess strong leadership, people management, and interpersonal skills.Flexible and result-oriented in approach.Proven ability to be flexible, prioritize and manage multiple projects, as well as solve problems in a timely manner.Possess good command of both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.Computer literate with good report writing skills.Benefits
