Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Engineering, Architecture or a related field
Proven experience as a Site Coordinator or in a similar role
Experience in house construction is an advantage
Proficiency in project management software tools
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

TanggungjawabTasks & responsibilities

Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation
Liaise with subcontractors
Lead site supervisor in executing site project according to the plan
Monitor and track project progress, and performance.
Identify and manage risks, issues, and changes to the project scope
Build, lead, and motivate site supervisor, ensuring clarity of roles and responsibilities
Conduct project evaluations and implement improvements for future projects
Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, reports, ganttchart and agreement with supplier and subcontractor.
