- Maintain and deploy servers across production, UAT, and testing environments.
- Perform routine system checks, monitor alerts, and troubleshoot issues to ensure system stability and availability.
- Manage server performance and health using monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, SkyWalking).
- Apply security patches, conduct vulnerability scans, and support PCI DSS compliance requirements.
- Maintain up-to-date technical documentation and operational procedures.
- Work closely with internal teams to support deployments and ensure smooth operations.
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in DevOps, IT operations, or infrastructure engineering.
- Proficient in at least one scripting language: Shell, Python, or Golang.
- Proficient in English & Mandarin language is a MUST.
- Strong experience with monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and SkyWalking.
- Familiar with at least one CI/CD tool (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD).
- Hands-on experience with cloud service providers, especially AWS and Alibaba Cloud.
- Experience with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes is a strong plus.
- Solid understanding of Linux systems and architecture.
- Experience deploying and managing services such as Nginx, MySQL, MongoDB, and Redis.
- Good understanding of network protocols, especially TCP/IP and HTTP.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to handle incidents independently.
- Previous experience with PCI DSS compliance is highly preferred.
