- Responsible to close & hit the sales target based on products respectively.
- Responsible to perform all the marketing activities on the product promotion & Exhibition booth.
- Development of Marketing Plan which outlines marketing strategies and initiatives for the products responsible.
- Product Management Portfolio Management including inventory management and cost containment.
- Support field force with preparation of customer presentation/CMES, market intelligence and competitor product updates, as well as product information updates.
- Assist in market surveys for market assessment and development (internal external).
- Regularly monitor sales performance of responsible products and actively implement initiatives to close gaps.
- Work closely with sales, product development, and other departments to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
- Preferably graduates of Bachelor’s Degree in Biomedical Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years working experience in the healthcare or medical diagnostics industry.
- Expertise in developing and executing marketing strategies tailored to the medical diagnostics field.
- In-depth knowledge of the products and services offered within the medical diagnostics field.
- Deep understanding of the medical diagnostics industry, including regulations, trends, and technologies.
- Strong skills in conducting and analyzing market research to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively.
- Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance requirements.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and constantly changing environment.
- Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships within the industry.
