- Replace the damaged ceramic tile, floor groove
- Repair the roof leaking or roof damaged
- Repair the general electrical item such as socket switch, lighting, fan , broken cable ,etc. If necessary, support other technician to trouble shoot circuit breaker tripped problem
- Service the air conditional and Small items repair such as office tools such as table& chair, door repair.
- Repair the damaged tooling shed and rack.
- Technical or vocational training in building maintenance or a related field is a plus.
- 1-2 years of experience in general maintenance, facilities support, or building services preferred.
- Experience with basic repairs and preventive maintenance.
- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks independently.
- Willingness to learn and take direction from senior technicians or supervisors.
