- Candidate must prossess at least a Professional Certificate, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Degree, Advanced Degree.
- Prefer knowledge in Civil Engineering Works & Construction Works.
- Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, optionally Mandarin.
- Positive attitude, passionate on collaborative teamwork, excel at interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Adaptable to change, able to pivot and find alternate solutions, demonstrated capability in meeting new challenges.
- Interpreting architectural drawings and specifications;
- Coordinating labour resources and procurement and delivery of materials, plant and equipment;
- Operating and implementing coordinated work programmes for sites;
- Ensuring adherence to building legislation and standards of performance, quality, cost and safety;
- Arranging submission of plans to local authorities;
- Arranging building inspections by relevant authorities;
