- Develop and implement export sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Identify and establish new business opportunities in international markets.
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and export documentation requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet customer expectations and deliver high-quality service.

- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to senior management.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve performance targets and objectives.
- A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of solid sales experience in plastic and/or food & beverage packaging.
- Proven market exposure to APAC and Oceania regions.
- Fast‑paced, hands‑on, execution-driven sales professional.
- Capable of building new markets, not just maintaining existing accounts.
- Strong commercial acumen with ownership of the full sales cycle - pricing, operations coordination, and follow‑through.
- Brings market intelligence, structure, and strategic thinking to the sales function.
- Knowledge of plastic manufacturing processes/products is an advantage.
