Project Manager

• Plan, manage, and oversee construction projects from start to completion
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Monitor project progress to ensure work is completed on time
• Control project budget, costs, and resources
• Ensure all works meet required quality standards and specifications
• Enforce site safety regulations and compliance
• Prepare and present progress reports
• Resolve site issues and manage risks
• Attend site meetings and liaise with relevant authorities
• Ensure smooth project handover upon completion

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in construction/project management
• Strong knowledge of construction processes and site management
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines
• Familiar with MS Office (Word, Excel, Project)
• Knowledge of local regulations and safety standards is an advantage
• Possess own transport and willing to travel to site
