Responsibilities: To provide administrative support to Sales Department. Update managers by consolidating, analyzing, and forwarding daily action summaries. Maintain customer database by inputting customer profile and updates, prepare and distribute monthly reports. Track sales expenses by tracking, consolidating, analyzing, and summarizing reports. Maintain promotional database by inputting invoice and bill-back data. Provide product, promotion, and pricing information by clarifying customer request, selecting appropriate information, forwarding information, answering questions. Provide sales vs. projection results by preparing and forwarding sales tracking reports. Forward samples by entering request, arranging shipment, notifying customer. Prepare sales presentations by compiling data, developing presentation formats and materials. Accomplish department and organization mission by completing related results as needed. Requirements: Minimum Higher Secondary / STPM / A-Level / Pre-U or equivalent. At least one (1) year of working experience. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Well-versed in Microsoft Office and excellent computer skills. Able to work well in a fast-pace environment. Able to work independently at the same time a good team player. Possess keen eye for details, dependable, able to multi-task and take initiative in solving problems. Good command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia. Able to speak and write in Chinese would be an added advantage. Display a positive attitude, friendly personality, able to interact with various groups/levels of people and willing to learn for self-improvement.
