We are looking for passionate and detail-oriented individuals to join our Claims team. This role offers the opportunity to specialize in either Motor Claims or Personal Accident (PA) Claims , depending on your experience and interest. Position Objectives: To process and manage Motor or PA claims efficiently and in compliance with BNM and regulatory requirements, while delivering excellent service to our customers and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Motor Claims (OD, ODK, TP KFK, TPPD) : Handle and process motor claims in accordance with the Company's Claims Service Standard. Prepare fraud checklists, assess, and approve claims within authority limits. Initiate KFK enquiries, seek mandates from third-party insurers, and settle TPPD claims. Ensure accurate reserve setting and timely adjustments. Update claim details in the system to meet reporting requirements. Process NCB updates based on supporting documents. Follow up on outstanding documents with customers and third-party insurers. Respond to enquiries from customers and agents. Personal Accident (PA) Claims : Assess and process PA claims in line with policy terms and regulatory guidelines. Verify documentation and liaise with medical providers or claimants for clarification. Ensure timely and accurate claim registration, assessment, and settlement. Monitor claim turnaround time and escalate complex cases when necessary. Maintain proper documentation and system updates for audit and reporting. Provide support and guidance to customers and agents on PA claim matters. Minimum Job Requirements: Diploma or Degree in any discipline. Non-degree holders with strong relevant experience are encouraged to apply. Minimum 2 years of experience in Motor or PA claims processing. Proficient in claims systems such as Merimen and POLA .
