Operation Supervisor 【中文人员】

• Diploma or above

• More than 5 years of work experience in the logistics and express industry, 3 years or more of management experience, peer dispatch management experience, vehicle management experience is preferred.

• Possess rich practical operation skills and industry knowledge and first-line operation site management experience.

• Good communication and coordination skills, strong sense of teamwork, strong executive force, strong ability to withstand pressure.

• Able to accept 6 working days and night shift if require.

• Fluent in Mandarin as the role require to communicate with Mandarin speaking clients.

• Responsible for the overall operation of the transshipment center;

• Responsible for the improvement of the quality and timeliness of the transshipment center, and the improvement of KPIs;

• Responsible for the control of the transshipment center, integrated transaction management;

• Responsible for the standardization of transit centers and the continuous improvement of the system;

• Responsible for the transport center site planning and equipment management and other matters;

• Responsible for the distribution center cargo stowage statistics, overtime vehicle review, and reasonable transfer of abnormal and accident vehicles.

• Responsible for the management of the shuttle bus owner, adjust the line according to the actual demand, and deal with the offline.

• Complete other tasks assigned by superiors
