Our consumer products group, Tissues International , is rapidly growing, and we are seeking a dedicated Assistant Manager Business Development to join us for Singapore market. The ideal candidate will be in charge of the organization and efficiency of daily office operations. From scheduling client meetings, to communicating between departments, you will be responsible for completing multi-level tasks in a professional and timely manner. Job Responsibilities;- Front Desk & Communications: Greeting visitors, answering calls, responding to emails, and directing inquiries. Scheduling & Coordination: Managing calendars, booking meetings, arranging travel, and organizing events. Office Management: Ordering supplies, overseeing maintenance, ensuring a tidy workspace, and managing facilities. Administrative Support: Preparing documents (memos, reports, invoices), managing filing systems, and handling mail/deliveries. Financial Tasks: Processing invoices, tracking expenses, managing petty cash, and assisting with basic bookkeeping. HR Support: Helping with onboarding new hires, maintaining employee records, and assisting with HR procedures. Requirements:- Degree or Diploma in Accounting & Finance, Business Administration. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) Have SAP, Account Payable & Account Receivable Knowledge. Full set account experience would be an added advantage. Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work. 1-5 years related work experience.
