- Academic degree in Business Administration or a comparable education with corresponding professional experience.
- ISO 9001, ISO 14001 or similar auditor certification.
- Fluent and professional Business-English language skills.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in the fields of Quality Management, Environmental Management and Process Management.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in maintaining Quality/Environmental Management systems e.g. acc. to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in conducting/leading Quality/Environmental Management audits e.g. acc. to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.
- Work experience in the automotive industry, preferrable in logistics environment or comparable area desired.
- Preferably additional experience in the field of Energy Management.
- Preferably additional experience in the fields of parts logistics and supply chain management (After Sales).
- Confident in conducting both online and F2F training.
- Project management.
- Fluent in English (corporate language), and any additional languages is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects at the same time and under pressure.
- Confident in decision-making and able to manage business conflicts.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Good interpersonal skills and team player.
- Strong structured and logical thinking.
- Independence and setting priorities
- Hands-on mentality (willing to move/improve/develop things).
- International experience and intercultural competence.
- Readiness to travel frequently within the Asia & Pacific region
