- Lead standout B2B content that cuts through the noise, including:
- Always-on LinkedIn content (brand and "Grabber influencer" posts)
- Client case studies and customer stories
- Thought leadership content (e.g. reports, insights pieces)
- Support team content projects, including marketing award submissions and content projects, working with different teams and agencies.
- Manage social strategy on platforms relevant for Grab Enterprise B2B brands (Grab For Business, GrabAds), with a focus on delivering engagement and high-quality audience reach.
- Maintain the social media content calendar, working with partners to ensure content aligns with priorities and regional projects.
- Establish and improve content workflows, identifying opportunities to refine processes, improve turnaround times, and scale content production (including use of AI and automation tools where relevant).
- Lead the end-to-end content production pipeline, coordinating across teams (Sales, Marketing, Analytics) to source, prioritise, and deliver content that supports both brand and demand generation goals.
- Track and improve performance, using insights from LinkedIn and other tools to refine content strategy and improve engagement.
- Direct external vendors and agencies through the entire project lifecycle, from initial briefing to final delivery. This direction ensures all work meets agreed upon timelines, stays within scope, and maintains high standards of quality, creativity, and consistency.
- 5-7 years of experience in B2B marketing, content, or social media roles (it is advantageous to have experience in tech or SaaS).
- 5+ years experience managing social media channels (preferably LinkedIn) with a clear understanding of what drives engagement in a B2B context.
- 5+ years of experience managing content production at scale - from briefing agencies to coordinating partners and delivering outputs across multiple formats.
- A good sense for quality and creativity in B2B content - you know what makes content feel fresh, relevant, and non-generic.
- Experience working with multiple teams, including business and product teams, and confidence in engaging senior partners.
- Experience building and improving workflows, with experience using tools such as Asana, Sprinklr, or similar platforms.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field - or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience working on B2B influencer or executive-led content strategies.
- Familiarity with content performance analytics and optimisation for LinkedIn.
- Experience in workflow automation or content operations optimisation.
- Exposure to regional or multi-market marketing environments.
