- Provide business development support by working closely with the agency members, Sales Team and Superior to support assigned branches/region in handling product enquiry and clarification which includes providing product briefing and rapport building with producers and targeted agency.
- Take part in managing assigned product line and contest projects by contributing support and teamwork to increase agency productivity, such as assist in preparing flyer, drafting circular and other teamwork coordination.
- Assist in training coordination and management of attendance report.
- Conduct statistical study on product and sales response to support department responsibility to increase agency sales by product.
- Demonstrate initiatives to seek information, follow up and follow through and contribute ideas to improve deliverables and assigned tasks.
- Takes accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks.
- Maintains awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats and technologies in order to understand the risk and better safeguard the company.
- Highlights any potential concerns /risks and proactively shares best risk management practices.
- Fast learner with good knowledge of Microsoft Office – Excel, Powerpoint and Words.
- Good communication and presentation skill.
- A detailed person with analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset.
- High level of integrity, takes accountability of work and good attitude over teamwork.
- Takes initiative to improve current state of things and adaptable to embrace new changes.
