Finance Manager / Head of Finance

• Develop and manage financial plans, budgets, and forecasts.

• Prepare and analyse financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.

• Monitor financial performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement.

• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and company policies.

• Oversee cash flow management and financial risk assessment.

• Provide strategic financial advice to senior management to support business decisions.

• Manage relationships with external auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies.

• Implement cost-control measures to improve financial efficiency.

• Supervise and mentor the finance team, ensuring effective financial management practices.

• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to enhance financial governance.

• Identify opportunities for investment, funding, and financial growth.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

• Professional certification (ACCA) is preferred.

• Able to do a full set of accounts.

• 5+ years of experience in financial management or in a similar role.

• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and analysis.

• Proficiency in financial software and accounting systems.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

• Strong leadership and team management abilities.

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

• High attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
