Minimum 1 year of on-site construction supervision experience.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Pleasant personality with good interpersonal skills and a strong team player.
Able to work well under pressure.
Strong ability to interpret construction drawings and manage site operations independently.
Capable of leading and working effectively with foreign workers and subcontractors.
Must have a valid driving license, own vehicle, and willingness to travel as required.

Tanggungjawab

Supervise construction works on project at site.
Ensure work is completed and runs smoothly.
Coordinate and monitor activities at project site.
Attend site meetings and carry out measurement works.
Plan, lead, monitor, and control projects with the support and cooperation of team members.
Compile Weekly Progress Reports and other relevant reports.
Communicate with upper management to develop strategic programs and project goals.
Develop long-range strategic plans to achieve organizational objectives.
Monitor construction and renovation projects.
Receive and respond to approvals and notifications.
