- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets for fertilizer products
- Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies effectively in the fertilizer sector
- Lead and manage the sales process from initial contact to closing deals and actively prospect for new business opportunities and convert leads into customers
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key customers, including farmers, distributors, agro-dealers, and plantation owners
- Responsible for timely collection of payment from customers to generate positive cash flow for the company and minimize exposure to bad debts
- Monitor and track sales performance against targets, adjusting as necessary to meet sales KPI.
- Bachelor degree or Diploma in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field
- Non degree/Diploma holder with proven track record of success in sales leadership roles will be considered
- Preferably candidates with minimum 5 years in sales and marketing roles, especially in agriculture products industries
- Proficiency in data analysis, budgeting, and financial management
