- Support sales & marketing team for customer service, troubleshooting, training and education & follow up.
- Acquire superior level of knowledge about assigned products and services as well as competitive products.
- For new and existing accounts, this position can proactively identify needs and teach a broader level of customers (demo, training and workshop).
- Assist sales & marketing team in conducting thorough market analysis, identify emerging trends, competitive activities, and unmet clinical needs to inform strategic decisions and identify new business opportunities.
- Responsible to meet any given sales target in assigned territory or assigned responsibility especially NPWT Homecare project.
- The role is responsible for driving a high penetration of new accounts, new products and new customers.
- Educates and trains HCPs, hospital personnel and office staff on technical matters relating to our products and therapies. This is achieved by coordinating: one on one sessions, in service education programs, seminars and/or outside symposiums.
- Assists sales team in demonstrations and in education/training of new employees.
- Execute basic market development activities in alignment with marketing team.
- Work with Sales & marketing teams on KOL development plans.
- Work with HCPs to build case studies, product, and clinical evaluations.
- To provide specialist product and clinical training to the sales and marketing team, both in the classroom and in the field environment.
- Provide a clinically credible educational program to the customer or customer groups to support the direct selling effort of the sales team. This includes regular clinical meeting, in-service presentations and wound care workshop.
- To review useful clinical research/ studies from website/ journals as supporting information/ sales aids for the sales & marketing team and have a filing system for such clinical resource.
- To improve & update training materials (presentation slides).
- Comply with company compliance policies and procedures in daily work.
- Other tasks that may from time to time be assigned.
- To always act in a responsible manner to avoid risk to self or to the company and comply with the workplace safety and health and security policy.
- Any other duties involved within the role and/or the tasks as assigned from time to time.
- 2-5 years’ experience in healthcare/hospital
- 2-3 years' experience in clinical training
- Ability to present and train in public
- Clinical expertise
- Technical knowledge of wound management product
- Data handling and analysis
