As a Contract Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end delivery or a defined component of a contract to meet operational, contractual, and financial commitments. The scope of the service covers BPMS-Finance & Accounting, Infra-IT (IMS) and SAP AMS. You will ensure service quality and efficiency, manage delivery outcomes, and identify opportunities for follow-on work through up-selling or cross-selling. You are expected to be a subject matter expert with deep knowledge and experience, possess influencing and advisory skills, and be responsible for team decisions. Engaging with multiple teams and contributing to key decisions will be essential, as well as providing solutions to problems that apply across various teams. Foster strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment and satisfaction with delivery outcomes. Continuously assess and improve delivery processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Mentor and guide team members to develop their skills and capabilities in service delivery. Analyze project performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and implement best practices. Master proficiency in Account Delivery Management is required. Master proficiency in Business Operation Management, expert proficiency in Estimation and Planning, and advanced proficiency in Work Management are recommended.
