About the job Electrical TechnicianResponsibilities

Execute and assist in the coordination of discipline-related tasks in a safe, efficient, and effective manner while maintaining high operational standards.
Supervise and guide new team members and contractors to ensure proper work practices, knowledge transfer, and adherence to established procedures.
Safeguard the integrity, reliability, and safety of plant operations by complying with relevant work processes, company management systems, and statutory regulations.
Ensure strict compliance with company rules, policies, and guidelines, while actively promoting a strong culture of safety and continuous improvement.
Support operational readiness by contributing to troubleshooting, inspections, and maintenance activities as required.

RequirementsMinimum Diploma in Science, Engineering, or Technology, OR Certificate from INSTEP or equivalent.Possess a valid Electrical Certificate or equivalent certification recognized by Suruhanjaya Tenaga (or equivalent authority).Must hold valid OGSP and CIDB certifications (or equivalent).Preferably candidates with proven experience in the Oil & Gas industry.Strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and operational excellence with the ability to adapt in a dynamic work environment.
